7.2 Limited Licence

Subject to these Terms, 966pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, copy or commercially exploit any Content.

966pk does not process, handle or facilitate any financial transactions on behalf of users. The Platform does not accept deposits, manage withdrawal requests or operate any form of payment gateway.

966pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without notice and without liability, if we reasonably believe that:

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability) and 12 (Governing Law) — shall survive any termination of access.
